Terms of Service

TopDex is a community platform for tracking Pokémon TCG Pocket tournament results and competitive ranked match play. We provide:

• Tournament result tracking and leaderboards
• ELO-based ranked matchmaking (queue and direct challenges)
• Player profiles with stats, ratings, and match history
• A reputation system to encourage good sportsmanship

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings, circumvent bans, or abuse the matchmaking system is prohibited.

The platform relies on an honor system for match result reporting. You agree to:

• Report match results honestly and accurately
• Check in for matches you've been matched to or challenged for
• Not intentionally manipulate your ELO rating (win-trading, throwing matches, etc.)
• Not harass, abuse, or deliberately waste other players' time
• Not exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform

Violations are enforced through the reputation system. Players whose reputation falls below 40% are temporarily blocked from matchmaking. Severe or repeated violations may result in account suspension.

After a match, one player reports the result and the opponent has a window to confirm or dispute it. If the opponent does not respond before the deadline, the result is auto-confirmed.

Disputed results void the match — no ELO changes apply. Both players receive a reputation penalty for disputes. This system is designed to discourage both false reporting and frivolous disputes.

TopDex is a fan-made community tool. Pokémon, Pokémon TCG Pocket, and all related trademarks are property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, and their respective owners.

This platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., or GAME FREAK inc.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Downtime, data loss, or service interruptions
• Inaccurate match results due to dishonest reporting by other users
• ELO or reputation changes resulting from normal platform use
• Any disputes between users

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform at any time without notice.
